About our staff
The present manager of Alison House has worked in care for the past 20 years, in both the nursing section residential. Staff are selected for their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. We have 3 wakeful care staff on duty at night, 5 care staff on duty in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 4 in the evening. By training staff so that we work as a team, we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients as well as helping staff members achieve their own goals.
